　　 Hot-pressing reinforcing plate: The hot hardening glue of the reinforcing film is melted by high temperature, and the reinforcing film is closely attached to the product by using appropriate pressure or vacuum. The hot pressing adhesive used in FPC is also called thermosetting adhesive. The thermosetting glue is solid at normal temperature and has no viscosity, but when the temperature rises to a certain extent, it will be transformed into a semi-cured state with strong viscosity. At this time, the FPC is stuck with the reinforcing plate (the general practice is to make up After strong alignment with the bonding position, use a soldering iron to heat the spot for 1~2s to perform single-point positioning. After hot pressing, that is, high temperature and high pressure, the entire surface glue is completely flow-bonded, which is basically difficult to separate. After baking, the glue is further cured. To fit the reinforcing plate, the process will be marked on the process sheet, and the FPC drawing will be issued at the fitting and reinforcement station. The drawing contains the FPC shape and the reinforcing shape.
　　 Pressure-sensitive reinforcing plate: no need to heat, the product is pressed by a cold press, and the reinforcing can stick to the product.

　　 It must be baked at 80 ° C for 30 minutes before use.
　　 Recommended working environment: 25 ° C, 65% RH.
　　 The cut PI reinforcing plate should be used in time. If the retention period exceeds 1 day, the reinforcing seal should be stored.
　　 During the operation, attention must be paid to the cleanliness and pre-treatment of the interface between the FPC and the reinforcing material.
　　 The use of different press-fit systems must take into account the differences in handling and use of the press-fit conditions.
　　 After the PI reinforcing plate is cooked and baked, it should be cooled by the clamp before releasing the clamp to take out the product.
　　 The PI reinforcing plate after pressing is not easy to cool down rapidly. If a quick press is used, the product after the press-fit is taken out should be placed on a carrier with a slow heat transfer effect such as glass fiber cloth; if a pressure transfer machine is used, the product should be cooled to room temperature.
