  1. Measurement In the process of FPC circuit board processing, many links need to be strictly tested, limited to labor costs, and some links are only spot checks. In the later stage of FPC flexible circuit board processing, the power-on test of the interface is indispensable, which is related to whether the internal circuit of the FPC circuit board is intact. At present, some enterprises adopt the keyboard interface detection equipment, and use the automatic equipment to fix the interface, detect, translate, and then press the material and conduct the power test. According to the test result, it is judged whether the FPC line is working normally. Due to the narrow line width of the keyboard interface, it is often necessary to correct the translation multiple times during the visual correction translation.
   2. Printing
   In terms of printing, traditional manual control of print quality requires skilled workers, and multi-layer printing is difficult to align. Using an automatic correction platform based on machine vision technology, the reference point on the FPC flexible circuit board is recognized by multiple cameras, and the multi-axis motor is moved to control the printing platform, so that the multi-layer materials are fully aligned, and the printing precision can be significantly improved by 4-5 times. . 3. Defect detection Because the company pays attention to different characteristic standards, there are many specific targets for defect detection, such as common wire break detection, short circuit detection, line too thin or nozzle detection. Such detections generally have large areas and need to be detected one by one. System platforms often use multi-camera acquisition and detection. If the previous defects are not fully detected, the entire FPC flexible circuit board may be scrapped and the cost of raw materials is high. 4. Punching Punching is an essential part and can be used for subsequent printing, filming and alignment processes. Traditional punching is done manually. It adopts professional punching machine, precise positioning by multiple cameras, and through motor control, realizes and advances materials, parallel detection, multi-feed translation correction and stamping. Generally, an FPC flexible circuit board can be punched every 3-4 seconds on average, and the system efficiency is 3-5 times higher than before, which can completely replace manual punching. 5. SMD The placement machine is one of the commonly used equipment in electronic manufacturing. The hardware and software design of the machine is extremely complicated, and a large number of automatic visual inspection technologies are used internally. The placement machine generally consists of 2 processes, dispensing and patching. Dispensing mainly detects the position of the MARK point through the machine vision equipment, and uses this as a reference to locate the dispensing position, and dispenses through the pinhole, including the conductive adhesive and the adhesive. The patch is attached to the spotlight with LED lights, including single and dual lights.
